What are HA Fillers?
Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers suspended in a gel carrier. This gel helps the hyaluronic acid stay in place where injected. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This works well for deeper to more severe wrinkles, folds, and areas of the face where more volume is needed. These fillers dissolve naturally and can last up to one year, with some lasting even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. Sculptra is a bio stimulatory injectable comprised of poly-L-lactic acid that helps to restore facial volume gradually. It stimulates the natural production of collagen in your skin by slowly injecting it. The polylactic acid will be biodegraded, and replaced with a network of new collagen after several months. The treatment areas include the jawline, cheeks and nasolabial folds. In the beginning, most people will need three treatments spread over several months. Then they may only require one treatment every year. You can expect to see results for up to two years.
What is Kybella anyway?
Kybella is an injection that can permanently destroy fat cells. One to five Kybella vials may be required depending on the amount of fat. Multiple sessions may be required.
