What are HA fillers?
Juvederm or Restylane are hyaluronic fillers that are suspended in gel carriers. This gel allows the hyaluronic acids to stay in place when injected. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This is ideal for areas with more volume, such as cheeks or lips, or wrinkles that are deeper or more prominent. These fillers can be dissolved naturally, with most lasting for at least one year. Some may last even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. Sculptra injectable is a bio stimulatory injection made from poly-L lactic acid. It gradually restores facial volume. The poly-L–lactic acid is biodegraded gradually and replaced by a matrix of new collagen over several months. Treatment areas can include the jawline and temples. Some people require three treatments initially, then one each year. You can expect to see results for up to two years.
What is Kybella?
Kybella is an approved injectable treatment that permanently eliminates fat cells. Depending on the amount of fat present one to five vials of Kybella may be needed during a single treatment session and multiple treatment sessions may be necessary. The most common area of treatment is the submental fat otherwise known as a 'double chin'. Once an aesthetic goal is reached, treatment can be stopped.
