What are HA Fillers and how do they work?
Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers suspended in a gel carrier. This gel helps the injectable hyaluronic to remain in place. The hyaluronic acids immediately pulls in water and increases volume. This is a great option for wrinkles, deep folds and other areas that need more volume such as cheeks and lips. These fillers dissolve naturally and can last up to one year, with some lasting even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area.
