What are HA fillers?
Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers suspended in a gel carrier. This gel helps the injectable hyaluronic to remain in place. The hyaluronic acid works immediately by pulling in water, therefore, increasing the volume where injected. This is ideal for areas with more volume, such as cheeks or lips, or wrinkles that are deeper or more prominent. These fillers dissolve naturally with most lasting at least a year. Others may last longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. [1] Traditionally, it includes dermatology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery,[2] surgical procedures (liposuction, facelifts, breast implants, Radio frequency ablation), non-surgical procedures (radio frequency skin tightening, non- surgical liposuction, chemical peel, high-intensity focused electromagnetic field, radio frequency fat removal), and a combination of both.[3] Aesthetic medicine procedures are usually elective.[4]
Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. What are Neurotoxins, exactly?
Botox and Dysport, injectable neurotoxins, can temporarily reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Repetitive muscle contractions can lead to facial lines and wrinkles that get deeper and deeper over time. Botox, Dysport and Dysport temporarily relax these muscle contractions. The skin will appear smoother.
Common areas to treat include the forehead and frown lines. Although results are visible in a few days following treatment, the effects will last for two weeks. Results can last up four months if taken as directed.
What is Sculptra?
Sculptra is a bio stimulatory injectable comprised of poly-L-lactic acid that helps to restore facial volume gradually. When injected it stimulates your own skin's natural ability to produce collagen slowly over time. Over several months, the poly-L-lactic acid is biodegraded and replaced with a meshwork of new collagen. The treatment areas include the jawline, cheeks and nasolabial folds. Most people will need three treatments within a few months. After that, they only need one treatment each year. Results can last more than two years!
What is Kybella, exactly?
Kybella, an injectable treatment approved for permanently eliminating fat cells, is available. A single session may require up to five Kybella vials depending on how much fat is present. Additional sessions may be necessary depending on the extent of the treatment. The submental fat, otherwise known as a double chin, is the most common area that requires treatment. Once an aesthetic goal is reached, treatment can be stopped.
What is Vitamin B-12 Shot?
Vitamin B-12 can be considered an essential vitamin. This injection may improve energy levels, fatigue reduction, speed up metabolism and improve sleep patterns. It can also increase concentration, mood improvement, immune system boosting, and other benefits.

What is Dermaplane, exactly?
Dermaplaning is a surgical procedure that uses a medical-grade blade to remove dead skin and other debris. One session of dermaplaning can remove approximately 2-3 weeks worth of dead skin cells and other debris. Dermplane does not require any pain and is non-invasive. The technique may look similar to shaving, but it is much more effective because the blade being used is able to get right against the top layer of skin. There's no reason to be concerned about your hair becoming darker. Dermaplaning works on the vellus (peach fuzz), and the hair grows back exactly the same size. A surgical blade does not give the illusion of thicker hair. This treatment does not require downtime.
What is a Chemical Peel?
A chemical peel involves the application of a chemical solution to the skin to remove the upper layers of the dermis. Chemical peels will help to improve the skin's texture and radiance, even out the skin tone, diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, help acne-prone skin, and decongest pores. Insta-Glo Facials leave you radiant for days! This facial combines a HydroJelly masque along with a customized ampoule that is tailored to your skin.
First, the skin is cleansed and exfoliated. The ampoule is then applied and infused into the skin with our Nano Infusion Pen. After, the customized HydroJelly masque is applied. After that, the HydroJelly masque is applied. Finally, you can apply the products to your skin. The downtime is minimal.
