What are HA Fillers?

Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers suspended in a gel carrier. This gel keeps the hyaluronic ag in place. The hyaluronic- acid immediately pulls in water. In this way, it increases volume. This is great for moderate to deeper wrinkles and folds of the face or areas where more volume is desired like cheeks or lips. These fillers dissolve naturally with most lasting at least a year. Others may last longer.

About Kansas City

Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 508,090 in 2020,[6] making it the 36th most-populous city in the United States. It is the most populated municipality of the Kansas City metropolitan area, which straddles the KansasMissouri state line and has a population of 2,392,035.[7][2] The city borders Johnson County and Kansas City, Kansas (Wyandotte County) in Kansas. Most of the city lies within Jackson County, with portions spilling into Clay, Cass, and Platte counties. Kansas City was founded in the 1830s as a port on the Missouri River at its confluence with the Kansas River coming in from the west. On June 1, 1850, the town of Kansas was incorporated; shortly after came the establishment of the Kansas Territory. Confusion between the two ensued, and the name Kansas City was assigned to distinguish them soon after.

Sitting on Missouri's western boundary with Kansas, with Downtown near the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers, the city encompasses about 319.03 square miles (826.3 km2), making it the 23rd largest city by total area in the United States. It serves as one of the two county seats of Jackson County, along with the major suburb of Independence. Other major suburbs include the Missouri cities of Blue Springs and Lee's Summit and the Kansas cities of Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and Kansas City, Kansas.

The city is composed of several neighborhoods, including the River Market District in the north, the 18th and Vine District in the east, and the Country Club Plaza in the south. Celebrated cultural traditions include Kansas City jazz; theater, as a center of the Vaudevillian Orpheum circuit in the 1920s; the Chiefs and Royals sports franchises; and famous cuisine based on Kansas City-style barbecue, Kansas City strip steak, and craft breweries.

What is Dermaplane?

Dermaplaning uses an operating-grade surgical blade to remove the dead skin, debris, or hair layer. A single session of Dermaplaning can remove 2-3 weeks of buildup from the skin's dead skin cells. Dermplane is completely pain-free and non-invasive. Although it may look like shaving, dermplane is more efficient because the blade can reach the top layer of the skin. The hair does not get darker as dermaplaning is designed to target the vellus hair, also known as peach fuzz. It will grow back the same color and size. A surgical blade does not give the illusion of thicker hair. This treatment does not require downtime.

What is a Chemical Peel?

A chemical peel refers to a treatment that uses a chemical solution to exfoliate the top layers of skin. Chemical peels can help improve the skin's texture as well as radiance. Chemical peels are available in three strengths: superficial, medium and deep. You can see a difference in your skin depending on your concerns, and which peel you choose to address them. Multi-treatments are best for the best results.

These are some highly rated medical spas in Kansas City, MO:

This is a review for medical spas in Kansas City, MO:
"I've been to about a dozen different medical spas and plastic surgery offices across the country, and this one has been my absolute favorite so far. Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff, good products and incredible prices. I was paying almost $100 more for a single chemical peel/hydrafacial at other medical spas and still wasn't getting the results I got from visiting Mia Bella. Not only are the estheticians friendly and thorough, but they take their time on your procedures (low light, relaxing music) and really make a practical, result-driven procedure feel like a trip to the spa. Oh, and I received derma planning at the beginning of each procedure for no extra cost (typically a $50 charge at other places)"
